DV2006 and EB-1 application

I just received a DV2006 notification (EU00013xxx) :) I guess that's a pretty high number for Europe, so what are the chances? :confused:

In any way. My EB-1 OR application got approved (I-140) and the National Visa Center last week also requested the DS-230 form (I am planning consular processing for the EB-1 application).

Hence, it seems that I am as far with the EB-1 application as with the DV2006 green card. What my lawyer hasn't been able to answer, is it ok/legal/advisable to go ahead with both applications concurrently? I would love to go ahead with both if that's ok.

Since my DV2006 is rather high, I would like to send the application to the KCC asap. Any help guidance would be appreciated...

Hy! My number last year was EU200511XXX and my number was current in December! You should be OK! And strongly advice on CP! AOS is so so nerve rocking!!! I did AOS, and got everybody crazy around me!! :eek: :eek:

Yeah, I didn't want to do AOS with the EB-1 application and not with this one either. I just want to get it done and be over with asap...

Any input on whether it is advisable to send the DV paperwork in considering I am at the same place with the EB-1 application?
