DV2 visa and H1B

I have a quick question, to which i cannot find an answer.
My wife is the winner.
Now, i am in the US working on H1 visa, she is back in our home country. We are doing CP, hopefully we'll get an appointment in June (we were this close for May).
If everything goes well, my understanding is that she will receive DV1 visa and i will be getting the DV2.
Is it possible for DV2 to enter the US without DV1, or my wife has to be the first to enter?
If she will not be able to come back right after the interview, will i be allowed to enter the US on H1?
If yes, after she comes here, how will i activate my DV2?...do i need to exit the country and enter again?

What are your thoughts on this?

It's not possible for DV2 to enter without DV1. So your wife will have to come so that you can accompany her.

Once you get GC, your other visa (H1B) will be cancelled. So after GC, you can't come to US on your H1B visa.

you could try to reenter the US with your H1b visa even after you get your immigrant visa, there have been precedents on this forum (with some other visa, I believe). But it would be best if you and your wife enter the US together right away on your immigrant visas, and then your wife may travel back to your country to finish her affairs.
