Please I am new here and I really need help.
I want to apply for the DV lottery but I’m a nurse and I don’t know which educational level I should select. Please help me
 
What is the highest formal educational degree you attained? That is how you determine your educational level for DV purpose. Doesn’t matter if you’re currently working as a nurse or not.
 
1. Diploma in what?
2. Issued by? High school? College/University? Vocational/training school?
3. What are the options available on the entry form?
You really haven’t provided enough information for anyone else but yourself to be able to make the determination. Anyway if you have a minimum High school diploma, you can basically select that and move on with the submission. The indicated educational level is not consideration as part of the selection process.

Diploma in Nursing
Completed nursing training school and the options are
Primary school only
High school, no degree
High school degree
Vocational school
Some University courses
University degree
Some graduate level courses
Master’s degree
Some doctorate level courses
Doctorate degree
But with this options I don’t really know which one to pick because I completed Nursing training College with Diploma certificate
 
I can’t tell if your training is equivalent to a 2 year or 4 year actual college degree program or not. I don’t know the details.
Again did you finish high school or not? If yes, select HS diploma and move on.
