DV Winner 2014 thinking of AoS or CP: which is faster?

I am a DV Winner for 2014. I am already in US and working. Which is faster to process?

For CP processing you need to send the forms DS-230 and DSP-122. For AoS, what forms do I need to send, I-485 called Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status? Any other documents need to be submitted for AoS?

I think you are going to have to consider your case number in your decision. I think SOS is riskier to do if your case number is high - because it could be delayed ( depends on the city). With an AS16xxx number you should expect a late notification - possibly August/sept. at that timeline, cp is probably the safest option.
