Hi
I entered the us, can I reenter the us with the same visa without having the GC ?
Also can I change GC delivery address after entering the us ?

It's probably best for you to call USCIS to get that verified.

How long do you intend to be outside of the US for?
If it's more than one year, you are advised to apply for a re-entry permit BEFORE you leave.

[h=3]Re-entry Permit[/h]A re-entry permit allows a permanent resident or conditional resident to apply for admission to the U.S. upon returning from abroad during the permit’s validity, without having to obtain a returning resident visa from a U.S. Embassy or consulate. Permanent or conditional residents should apply for a re-entry permit if they will be outside the United States for one year or more.

When the immigrant visa is stamped it acts as a temporary green card for a year. This is clearly stated on the visa and was explained to us by the CBP officer who admitted us.

I believe however there have occasionally been issues with airlines who don't recognise/understand this, should you come from a country where you require a US visa. So the US will let you in but you need to ensure that the airline won't refuse you boarding!
