Cold but very favorable weather: I think between 5-10 degree C.. NO snow

Available. To obtain a certificate of good conduct for mainland Tanzania, applicants residing outside of Tanzania must send a complete set of fingerprints, together with a written request to the following address:

Criminal Investigations Department

Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

It's in the Ministry of Home Affairs at Posta mpya, behind the post office. Around that area, should be cheap for a Tanzanian native.
