It would be very kind of you if you guys could help me with this. I want to know that on the dv lottery form, point number 14, it says "number of children". Now, I know that I have to include the children that are under 21. I have two children but both of them are over 21. So what do I write in that box? Do I keep it 'zero' or do I still have to mention 'two' even when both of my children are over 21?
