Dear friends,

Can you please give me some info.

Once documents has been send back to KCC, do KCC notifies applicant confirming they have received documents?
Should applicant call KCC to check if documents are well received and to see when he/she will be appointed for an interview?
Since documents are sent to KCC, what is an expected waiting time for another NL infoming about date and time of interview?
Finally, will everyone be scheduled for interview?
I mean those who returned documents back and who initially qualify?

No they do not.

Should applicant call KCC to check if documents are well received and to see when he/she will be appointed for an interview?

It is not necessary but if you really want to know, you can contact KCC if they have received the documents about 4-8 weeks after you send them.

Since documents are sent to KCC, what is an expected waiting time for another NL infoming about date and time of interview?

Keep checking the visa buletin every month and see when your CN will become current. You'll be getting another NL on the month when your CN is announced on the visa bulletin that it will become current (2 months before the interview date).

Finally, will everyone be scheduled for interview?
I mean those who returned documents back and who initially qualify?

Only those who got selected to receive the DV (recieved the 1st NL) and sent back all the necessary documents to KCC and their CN become current will be scheduled for an interview. It is possible that not everyone will be scheduled for interview, especially those with high CN and come from countries with high DV numbers like Africa.
