dv lottery winner 2014, and HB visa

Hello:)

I am dv lottery winner(AF 2014) with high CN. I would like to know if i can apply for a HB visa?
i would like to know if the HB visa can disqualify me from dv lottery?

I think you mean the H1b visa. There is no problem applying for both at the same time as the h1b is a Dual intent visa.

But do i have to call the KCC?

You could call KCC if you do not see your case scheduled for interview, for instance. Or if the number of family members is wrong. It has nothing to do with H-1B, just general precautions when it is advisable to call KCC.
You H1B is not a reason to call KCC, and is not a reason not to call.
 
You'd probably need to ask on a forum that deals with immigration to Canada rather than here.
