DV Lottery website down???

anyone experiencing the dvlottery.state.gov website being down? results for DV2010 should be starting to show up on the site as explained in their guidelines (provided you enter your code), but the website seems to be down... anyone know what's going on?
i just moved to a new address and am afraid the mail forwarding will take 2-3 weeks to start with USPS. i'm afraid (if i win) that the mail will be RTS. that's why i rely on the website to verify my status if i have enough luck to win this year.
 
The website has been down for some time already. There's a thread knocking around on the second page about it being password protected. I can't even load the site myself. As for online checking, the facility isn't available until 1 July anyway so you would be best to still look out for post these couple of months.

So basically I said what you said but our replies were only one minute apart, so I hadn't seen it while typing.
