DV Lottery VISA Fee

i'm DV 2007 sri lanka Winner. I send DS-230 I, II (NL) application forms to KCC. (I am principle applicant)
now I am waithing for second pack.

When should I Pay the VISA Fee? where I have to pay and How much?

Pls. help me on this regars

You will pay the visa fees at the time of your interview at the American consulate.

Fees : total is $755 per person as of June 2006
# Immigrant visa application processing fee (per person), Form DS-230 : $335.00
# Diversity Visa Lottery surcharge for immigrant visa application (per person applying as a result of the lottery program): $375.00
# Immigrant visa security surcharge, for all IV and DV applicants: $45.00

Yes, the fees were reduced a couple of years ago to $330. However be aware that there is also now a USCIS fee of $165 that has to be paid before you arrive in the US (but after you get your DV visa).
