DV Lottery-Photo Validator Reliability

Do you think that the photo validator is reliable enough to detect all specifications that are not consistent with KCC photo requirements? For e.g. as i reflect on my photo, i believe that a part of an ornament can be seen on the neutral background, on the far left. But it accepted it as 'valid'.
 
I believe it only checks the technical requirements like dimensions(600*600)and file size(<240KB) .
 
Ditto, you can put a picture of a bunny and a forest as a background if your dimensions and size are correct it will pass the validation...

I agree.
I tries to test with picture that had the right size and dimension but were totally messed up for the rest and it worked lol.
I'm sure it would work even if you put a picture of your dog :)
