DV-lottery form education level and middle name question

Hello Everyone,
I'm a new-in!
I'm trying to get more information as I can before filling the form for the DV-lottery this year for the first time. And after reading the guidance, I have some concerns about some info.

I'm italian, but my parents are from China, I have 2 names on my passport and italian ID card, first name is italian and second name is chinese, so my question is do I need to put my second chinese name as a "middle name" or put both names on "first name", in my passport both names are together as given name. For Example If my name was VITTORIA LIFEN (names) CHEN (last name), is LIFEN a middle name or a "first name" too?

I also have some concerns about my education level, after high school degree, I graduated in italy in a private design school, which isn't a public university (in Italy all universities are all public), in U.S. can be comparable to a design college, I studied for 3 year undergraduate course, and I got a diploma certification in design. The level is equivalent an art design university in Italy, but it's not a bachelor degree though. What option should I select?
Options are:
High School degree
Some University Courses
University Degree
Some Graduate Level Courses

Thanks for your help!

1. If VITTORIA LIFEN is considered to be your first name (that is a compound name) by you and your parents, then enter both as FIRST NAME. If you typically go by just VITTORIA, then list LIFEN as a MIDDLE NAME.

2. Whatever option you select at this time makes no difference to the selection process. Just put whatever makes sense to you.

Bear in mind, eligibility is based on country of BIRTH, and not necessarily where you’re from, or where you’re residing, or which country you’re a citizen of.

Thanks for the answer! It's clear now!
