DV Lottery and US Citizen child

Based on what I read you do not have to include any US Citizen children when you apply for DV Lottery. If you win the Lottery, however, DS-230 requires you to list ALL your children and state who will accompany you to the US.

I am wondering since the information on Lottery application and the DS-230 will not reconcile, does this become any grounds for disqualification even though no IV is required for the US citizen child?

Thanks for the insights/experiences.

I also have a US citizen daughter..When I was applying I also didn't write my daughter's name, because when I read the informations it was required to not write..I think the aim is to not to spoil a visa number for someone who is already a Us citizen..In DS 230 form you give the name as an information but you also write the place of birth so it is obvious that she is a US citizen..For the question ' who is going to accompany you to the US states? " I couldn't decide whether to write her name or not..I called Kentucky and the office worker told me there is no need to write her name to the ACCOMPANY part but in the previous question " Write the names of your children" you should write it..This is what I did..But you should decide what to do..So it won't cause any disqualification because you did the true by not stating your child's name in the application process.
