dv lottery 2018 comes up

At travel state gov it says: Note: minor changes have been made to the DV-2018 entry form
But when I read the instructions I do not see any changes, any of you guys who have spotted what have been changed?

We can't see the form where the changes are, so no.
 
Preliminary Regional Quotas based on data for immigration in fiscal years 2010-2014 (the same as for DV-2016) and world population in 2015 (DV-2017) and in 2016 (DV-2018). I will update the table, once Homeland publishes more current data.
Ecuador's being eligible for DV-2018 hits the Asian quota but not the quotas for AF, EU, OC and NA regions. Changes in these regions mirror differing population growth rates.

Thanks Roger.

To point out the obviuous, these numbers represent splits against a aritrary 100,000 allocation, when in fact the visas available are between 50,000 and 55,000. So these numbers are best seen as percentages.

Thanks for sharing this info Roger. Its good to see that another country is the SA region eligible for DV Lottery :)
