dv lottery 2016 photo validator warnig

hi
after i submitted my application i noticed that the official dv lottery 2016 website photo validator "https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/photo.aspx" checks only technical specifications of the photo only like photo size and format but it does not check other requirements as shadow at background and some other requirement so i wanted to notify you of this

i submitted a photo of me that i took with my cell phone hhh that i noticed after submitting the application that there was a light shadow at the background
i do not know if it will pass or not and i checked it with DV lottery 2016 photo validator "https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/photo.aspx" and tested it at "https://identix.state.gov/qotw/Upload.aspx?offLwnJFx/OumH2xn6Soo946L5+EsvCr9eFJOGdUzBhMOOIBV8BmbG2UtTcxfZVT:
and it passed at both websites

i am not very concerned about it any way that is OK but do you think it will pass "the shadow is at the left"

After my fiancee won, I really began to doubt if the photo issues are taken very seriously. We did it at a cybercafe and her photo was clearly tilted, part of her was out and the photo was clearly unbalanced. I complained to the fellow but he was to impatient to redo the photo but as you will have it, she was rather selected for 2015 and me with a good photo(my 4th year of playing) still did not make it. For her it was her first time and she even had no intention of playing in the first place. Who says life is not a bitch?
