I wont the lottery DV visa 2012, but I am out of status, anyone knows how I could change my illegal status? I have been here in USA since 2001, Anyone hear about the 10 years law? I dont want to loose this opportunity, please somebody had have the same problem before? thank you!!!!!!
 
There is no way to adjust via lottery if you are not currently in good immigration standing in the US. Leaving will trigger a 10 year ban. Marrying a US citizen may result in a GC if you entered with insection and have no other issues like working illegally.
