DV lottery 2010 and GC

Dear Friends

I have two questions :D

1- I am so interested to know how they are going to process our CASES . AS you know the chance of getting GC is available for 55,000 out of 100,000 winners. So is the chance of one winner with one or two digits CN the same as ones with large CN? :confused:

I am worried about the fact that before my CN gets current all available Visas were given :(:(

2- Is it necessary to have job offer from a company or a sponsor in US for getting VISA? or if I have a relative there, I will not need job offer or sponsor?

Please write your case # without the last 2 or 3 digits...and region?
You can also go to "CP USER" and create a signature stating your case # and when you send your papers so you don't have to write it over and over:)

It is necessary to have either proof of savings/assetts you have your self and/or a job offer on an official letter head stating your salary, etc.. and/or having a sponsor.

It all depends on how much savings you have, etc. Specially in todays economy in the USA with unemployment higher than ever and you entering without any credit history and not being able to get a loan...the USCIS wants to know you won't become a liability.
 
my CN is 28xxx ,same as your CN it is to high.
but dont worry , i think we all will be current , from the last years Bulletins all the Case Numbers from asia were had an interview date. (but you will not have a second chance so make sure all of your papers are ready for interview date)
