Yor father is fine with a MSc, your mother dont need to meet an education level. BUT if she also submit a primary application she MUST meet the educational requirments!

Okay, but is it necessary for both to send separate application? Can't they just send one application.

You mean if my father is the applicant submitting the form including his spouse and children then my mother don't need to meet the education level. But if she is submitting a separate form the she needs Right.

It is not necessary for husband and wife to submit separate applications, however, this is a chance to DOUBLE the chances to win. But as has been said before, if your mother doesn't have a high school diploma (or an equivalent), she cannot fill out a separate application.
