Hello ,i won dv lotterie ,am i from Africa ,i just want to know ,if you summit your ds 260 and loose your passeport ,Can you use a New passeport when you will attend to interview
 
Yes you can. However wether you need to unlock the DS260 form and add the details of the new passport or not depends on how high (or low) your CN is.
