DV lotter interview question

My wife won DV lottery.

We are going to do Consular Processing with interview. I might have an issue with 212E (J1 2 year Home Residency) requirement that I have from 10 years ago.

My question is if I get denied at the interview can my wife still get the DV lottery Green Card with our infant baby, given that we applied as married and I am going to the interview with her.

bigbunny101,
no.
you are the winner, ie, petitioner/main applicant. your spouse and children are derivatives. if the main app does not get approval, derivatives will naturally not be approved.
you have to consult a lawyer on your visa problem and see whether it will affect your status.
good luck

There is not much question they would ask you ok, just go there with your documents if you are a student then go with your certificates, and just show them talk, open the discussion with him/her and show them your documents one by one, they must be real not fake, any falsification leads to terminating your dV, processing , don't tell lie at all and stick to what you got on your documents.
