If a DVL winner gets married after receiving the result, can the spouse immigrate the same as the winner, or has to wait in line as the spouse of permanent resident? Thanks, Chris D
Hi, My wife name has been selected for DV-2002. Currently she is under H-4 visa status. Is she able to apply from here local INS office for the change of status? What procedure do we have to follow? Any suggestions would be help or experience regarding this matter.

I also received a notice from State Dept. today saying I have been selected for 2002.. However, I have recently filed for I-485 through my employer. How do I go from here?
