DV Green Card - Physical Absence from US

Is it ok to stay in US one week every month to keep my GC alive?

-Every trip outside of US will be 3 weeks long.
-I file U.S. tax returns and keep a U.S. bank accounts (showing activity every month).
-I use a round-trip ticket terminating in US.
-I have rented an apartment and the lease is for a longer period of time.
-I own a US based business.

after about 3-4 trips you will be asked as to why you are travelling so often. In general, you need to spend more time in the US than outside.
