Hi ,

I would like to ask for your kind expertise please :

1) my wife was the principal applicant but when filling the dv form she entered her name ( family name + maiden name ) that s correct but in the name as in passport she entered it the same ( family name +maiden ) while her name in the passport includes her martial name ( EP + husband s family name ) is this miss correctable please and would it be a ground to disqualification ?

2) We have encountered many connection issue when applying , like webpage is not responding and we needed to re enter everything after reloading we had the verification number page and then a new empty form , should we be comfortable with our application and everything is sent accordingly since we received the confirmation number ?

Is your wife a DV 2022 selectee or you’re asking about her DV2023 entry submission? If this is 2023 related, wait and get selected first before worrying about what may or may not be an issue.
 
1. On the DS260 form, she needs to enter the full name she currently goes by. Then on the Other Name section of the DS260, she will also need to list out the other name combinations/variations she has used.
2. Comfortable or not, there's nothing you can do about the submissions at this point. Put DV2023 out of mind until May 2023 when the results come out. If you end up not being selected at that point, you basically move on. No point trying to find out if you should be "comfortable" about the submission or not, there's nothing you can do about it.
