DV Eligibility...

Hi everybody

My brother's wife is born in Kampala, Uganda. Years ago she shift to India with her parents. Right now she is a Indian Citizen. She has a birth certificate stating that she is born in Uganda. Is she eligible for DV Visa? How long is the waiting time? Any advise is appriciated.

according to my information , yes she is eligible for dv program .
they looking for place of birth and main citizenship as a reference
and she must mention her nationality as ughanda , indian is a second nationality
