Hello Everyone.
Need some useful advice.
I won the lottery and after that decided to get married to my bf in court. We have been in a very long relationship n have enough evidence to prove our genuine relationship. At the same time he also filled U visa( Crime victim visa). I am confused should we do AOS for both of us or just wait for results of his U visa( By feb end). I will be most probably current in Dec-Jan.
Or is theres an option to delay my interview by month or add him on my application at the last minute?
