DV - AOS Eligibility

Hi,

Currently I'm in USA on H1b visa however my wife is outside USA, she is planning to travel to USA on H4 in mid of May month which will post 8 May ( DV lottery selection result).
I've applied for DV-2022 and waiting for result.

I've following question - If either mine or wife's application selected in DV lottery & considering I'm already present in USA and wife traveling to USA post DV result, Are we both still eligible to apply through AOS ?
