DV and AOS

I have a pending AOS (mariage) but I also won the DV and without thinking submitted a DS260 as it's been 2 years since the interview and case is still being ¨reviewed. Now the USCIS site doesn't seem to recognize my receipt number for me to inquire about the too long processing time. Can the fact that I submitted the DS260 be affecting the status of my AOS or are they independent processes?
