Hi just wondering if anyone has had any luck phoning KCC or getting an email reply from them? I have been blocked out of trying to fill in form DS-260 and I can't get a hold of them to unblock me.

Hey, I am wondering the same thing. I sent them an email asking if it's okay that I messaged up my parent's home country (no one is attached to me, I am filing for AOS alone) and they did not respond since May 9th, when I reached out. So, I emailed them again this week, and I just asked them to reopen my DS260 for a revisions. However, based on this newfound research it looks like this DS260 is not as important for AOS and it was a minor error.
Based on the that, I would say we need to hold tight for an email response. In relation to the phone, I called at least 10 times, no answer. They just have an automated message directing us to their email. I would say patience is key, and hey it's not October yet, so we can remain calm.
