DV 2026 Selectee Case no AS13XXX, Studying in USA under F1

My case no is AS13XXX, currently studying in USA batcher Degree in FI Visa, Nationality - Nepal , Also holding a residence permit of Qatar as I completed higher secondary from Qatar and my family is still in Qatar holding residence permit.
Now I have 3 option to process further,
1 -Submit DS260 with consular processing vis Qatar
2- Submit DS260 with consular processing via Nepal.
3 - AOS from USA
Is my case number considered a high number? What is the chances of getting 2NL? Based on my case number and time line, which path do you recommend and less risky? Please advise on the best strategy in my situation.

I recommend you take a look at the Pros and Cons tab of the AOS Process Spreadsheet to help you decide as to whether you should go with the AOS or CP option. If you decide to go the AOS route, I suggest you spend some quality time going over the rest of the tabs on that spreadsheet to ensure you have a good understanding what of the process entail. I can't help you determine which embassy may be better, should you decide to go the CP route. I suggest you take a look at BritSimon's blog - he has monitored embassy performance over time, in addition to having great information about CP overall.
