The airport is open. You can still get in by air. Check out Uganda Airlines and Jambo Jet which tend to be more affordable for that routeBu

Besides us embassy in nairobi is not working on immigration visas due to covid check for updates

The issue is not about the airport being open. Its about the embassy conducting interviews and issuing out visas. I don't know how long it's going to take

Hello, my sister inlaw had an interview may 21, was in AP for over a month because some more documentation was need but july 07 her visa was issued and she picked it up. her number was AF17**
