I entered the dv lottery 2020 in October and the photo I sent has a cream white background with small bumbs but the picture is clean ,clear and meats all other photo requirements.Will I be disqualified ?
The possibility of picture quality affecting selection is mute at this point, since you can’t do anything about it. So wait until May 2019 to see if you get selected.
