DV 2018 - Sumbitted but when I check for the number says it's not there.

Hello. So I've just submitted my 2018 DV application. I got my conformation number and all, but after that I came to look for the number but it says the number is not valid, when I pressed "Forgot Conformation Number" and entered my DV information it says the information I have entered is not valid. I don't know what happened or what to do now. Do I risk getting duplicate applications? Any help? Thank you.
 
The number/your information is showing up as invalid because you can't check DV 2018 selection until May 2017 which is when the results for DV2018 will get released.

I presume you mean being selected then going for the interview - HIV is not on the list of deniable illnesses so that by itself won't be an issue. However, you may face extra problems overcoming the public charge concern in being able to show that you will be able to afford the chronic medication for managing HIV.
