About us being "annoyed". I will say, your username worries me and I'll explain why. A few months ago there was someone here offering to "recover" DV data. That person made the offer for money AND wanted extensive personal information. It was a suspicious thing.

Now your username sounds like you would offer a similar service - so my suspicions were raised. But you then started repeating answers already given which looked like an attempt to gain credibility without knowledge.

And then in this post you have made some odd claims which are not supported by facts or common sense, and once challenged gave us a long winded post which appeared to be an attempt to create some sort of mystery or conspiracy theory.

So - I can't speak for Mom - but for myself I can say I was/am suspicious of your intentions and kinda frustrated to have to spend time on explaining why your theories are incorrect. It just makes our "work" harder. So - if I have jumped to an incorrect conclusion and you are just a nice guy trying to understand and help - then I apologize. I hope you will stick around, learn from others who are more experienced and perhaps help others with your inquiring mind.

I admit you've not actually used the term conspiracy theory, but the fact that you've stated something about selectees only being from the OC, EU, and AS regions, in addition to you creating a thread talking about low winner percentage in Africa gives me the impression that's what you're alluding to. If it truly isn't, then I apologize for that.

However, I am truly exasperated by your refusal to be reasoned with. You were going on and on about the wording of an email and claiming that's not what the law originally says, when you don't even know what the law actually says! I pointed out the actual wordings of the INA ACT governing the DV process which is a verbatim of what's is your email response from KCC; provided you a link to that ACT; went a step further to point you to the Sept 2015 Memo that also says the thing. Rather than back off and admit you've been wrong all these while, you respond with the DV instructions like that's the actual law, when that is a mere interpretation of the law with a play on words. So yes, I'm exasperated and I'm not apologizing for that.

You're not being asked to stop posting, we're only requesting for your posts to make meaningful contributions to the forum and to acknowledge when wrong rather than pushing the same line of argument which holds no water. Feel free to post or not post again, your choice.

Ok, Yes, that guy is me, and at that time I wasn't fully aware of the rules of the forum, and when a moderator pointed it out to me, I respected the rules. and I visit to read from time to time. I didn't try to change the username since it was a situation and considered resolved. regarding the service, yes I do it , mostly, for free to help people. and I'm not here to offer it just to make it simple and clear.

The long post that contained the snapshot of an e-mail from KCC, got that sentence that I didn't find in the published instructions, so I found it strange and mainly post it to know your opinions about it not to raise any sort of mysteries.

Regarding my suspicious intentions , I have no suspicious intentions whatsoever.
