DV 2016?

It's September 4th which means if there is going to be DV 2016, it's going to start in less than a month?

Is there a reason the Department of State is delaying start and end dates?
Can they cancel the program?

They haven't delayed anything - they just haven't announced the start date yet. The program has not been cancelled - it will be announced quite soon and will run during October.
 
I seem to remember that last year they announced DV 2015 in mid September.
 
We have to be patient enough for DV 2016.......long way to go....... all that we need is sure shot luck & help of moderators such as Britsimon & Sm1smom......they are always available!!!
