KCC are currently very busy and seem to be taking weeks to log in new cases (for DV2014) or respond to requests to confirm if they have received your forms. With your case number you might be in the October timeline for an interview (or possibly in November). If your number is current (as you will see in the next Visa Bulletin published in 2 weeks) you will be able to very soon get your 2NL and check your interview date in the online system. If you only just recently sent your forms that might be the best way to get the update you are waiting for....
