DV 2014 - Europe selectees (high CN)

Hi everyone!

I have been following several threads for the past months but this is my first post! Firt of all, I would like to thank everyone that helps understand the process.

I have a high CN (51XXX)... I was hoping to see a higher cutoff number for July's Visa Bulletin and I am currently thinking the worst...
The only possible way for me is if it becomes CURRENT for Europe in September...

Can anyone give me some insight? do you think it's possible for Europe to become current and jump more than 10k numbers in just one Visa Bulletin?

I think its possible for EU to become current, and if EU gets some more visas ~20000 according to my calculations even higher 5xk CNs will get interview.It is based on dying CNs(stuck Ready state) and lower density in higher ranges.This is my personal opinion
