DV 2013 Asia.....Second letter - november interview

Hey bobbee,
I thing you should keep in mind that KCC is the only one who releases the visa bulletin and advice the peoples regarding the visa cut-off.
As of my guess the visa cutoff for November for ASIA would be in between 3000 to 5000. It is just my personal guess.
And the visa bulletin for the month November will be releasing soon i.e. before 15th october as per the dvlottery website. So, don't panic...cool down.

I have different view. perera1987 (17XX) and nepa2013 (18XX) still not yet receive 2NL, so I really suspect the case number will growth very slow, similar with DV-2006, DV-2006 October is 1,000 and November is 1,700, I guess this time may be October 1,900 and then November 2,400 ~ 2,500
Yes immgrat, i agree your guess about cut off number for Novermber cauz i am still waiting my 2 NL although KCC confirmed that my documents are being in process. So, i am hoping for next week.

The cutoff does not increases drastically as you can see in the visa bulletin of previous years. so I think for November the cutoff will be somewhere between 2500-3000 as cut off for October was 1900. If the cutoff for October is very low like this year than the cutoff for coming months increases very slowly like you can see in the visa bulletin for DV-2006,DV-2007,DV-2008
nd want to knoe another thing too, y cant the number be till 6000 for november.

I didn't receive my 2nd NL yet. My case no 2013AS000017XX. Dont know whats really going on???
Hello perera whats' happening to us its really difficult to wait. anybody can share why 1900 or less than of this cut off number are not getting their 2nd NL although November visa bulletin was published having 2350 cut off number. Just slow increase 450 from whole Asia for November month.So, is there any possibility to adjust these winner having less than 1900 in November?

Hello. immgrat. Im from asia and my case number sits around 70XX, do you this i would stand a chance given the slow progress of the visa numbers for asia. 2350 for november.
Further, Total for the october and november visas for all regions come around 25000. this means another 30000 available for all ?? - (55000-25000)
- another point, The incremental value was 450 oct to nov. will this be the same and cant there be large increments in between months, ?.

IT seems no you dont get a 2NL as such, they just send you notification to go and check the winning page agian for new details. did you get that> check your spam mails for KCC. this is my assumption.

Me and my wife have lived in many countries since we are 16 and getting the police records from everywhere is not an easy task, especially considering that we need to get from Peru, Argentina, south Africa, Switzerland, Spain, etc. Do you recommend getting them ASAP or wait until I get the 2NL? The police records dont expire after 3 months or so? We have all the other paperwork done and the translator waiting for us.
I also lived in the us under a J-1 visa. I don't believe I need to get my police records from us right? They should have it all in my SSN!
Also, my CN is 2013EU00010xxx. When do you think my interview will be? I just read the last bulletin and Europe cut off is 7000. Quite low right? What do you think?

Asia is moving very slowly this year. Suppose if they keep on going with 450 per month, you won't get current, and I would be current in April. But that's not possible. They will push the accelerator somehow. This year cannot be compared to 2006, because in October 1st we are going to have a selection for more winners. And if more winners are selected, ofcourse those winners will have high case numbers. So in order to interview those high case numbers, the pace for Asia should go up. I think you are a June candidate, so don't worry. And next month's bulletin will solve all the mysteries, so let's hope for the best!
According to experience in DV-2006, DV-2007, I guess you have interview on June - July
Case Number <> Total selectees!
I guess only add around 300 - 600 per month!
