For 4 persons I payed 1760 USD that will make it 440 USD/Person

On the day of your interview josh you need to bring a prepaid/addressed envelope I believe, along with your documents etc. I suspect it is so they can send you your passport etc.

No need for a prepaid/addressed envelope cos DHL takes care of everything or sometimes the CO would ask you to go to a particular link place to collect your visa maybe a courier service office like DHL if i maybe correct.
