I'm surprised, a lot of people did not take care about what they are doing. The eDV form is no rocket science and crystal clear.

However, its very likely that they disqualify you.

yes, because this is basic information and I think that it states very clear, and the answer is either you have kids or you don't, how can you forget to include them, it is different if you get married and have an addition to the familly , but if you had the baby when you completed the eDV than you actually lied.

According to the rules of the lottery, not listing your eligible children in the application is a sure way of getting disqualified. Any subsequent form will ask about your children and if you include the child now you'll be disqualified. If you do not include him on the forms..you'll be submitting false information.
My advice.....forget this year and try again next year, do not waste your application fee.

I agree with him do not waste your time & your money because not listing your eligible children in the application is a sure way of getting disqualified

I agree with Tazamania you will be disqualified if you go to interview, or better to go to visa interview without including the child in forms .

Hi folks i need some help here, i was selected for 2012 dv lottery with case number 2012af00011xxx, my question is ,when i was casting the lottery last year, i did not have a baby, so obviously on the form i did not included any child, but i now have a baby of just 1 month old, and on the ds 230 forms this time i put my one month old baby name on it , even thou i asnwered she will not be going to the usa with me, but i answered yes to the question that he will join me in a later date.
Brothers is this gonna affect my case, for casting the lottery as single person , and filling the ds 230 forms i put my baby name on it. The day of entering the lottery i did not have a baby , but now i have a baby of just 1 month old. Thanks brothers

or better to go to visa interview without including the child in forms .
Thats a visa fraud!

If it is born after you entered the lottery and thats the case as as you child ist just one month old you are fine. Hust make sure to send a DS-230 for it to KCC.

Hi tazmania is that visa fraud adhere to my case or yuh refering to the other case. If mine is ok do i still have notify kcc of the changes? Or they will notcie by themselves since the name and the date of birth was filled on the form

Another question here brothers, im a winner of the dv lottery 2012 and have a valid 5yrs b1 b2 visa, can it affect the process of the dv lottery?
If yes, it wil affet it positively or negatively, your views are needed thanks.

It won't have an effect on you getting your DV visa, if the DV visa is granted I believe your B1/B2 will be cancelled at the same time. The only effect I see is if they cross reference the info you submitted for your B1/B2 and it does not match the info you submit for your DV visa.
