seems my luck playing a trick, I won the lottery.
Nov 2010 : submit the lottery
May 05, 2011: Found that I was selected preliminary received Barcode and serial No
May 09, 2011: Send the forms and confirmation page back to KCC
now waiting for response from KCC...
