DV 2011 winners from Asia

Hello Every One,

My wife is one of dv 2011 selectee from Asia (Afghanistan) we have received winning letter from KCC, and after that we have fulfilled all form and send it back to them according to DHL, KCC received our forms on July 20, 2010, we have prepared all needed docs for interview like Police Certificate, Marriage Certificate, High School and University certificates and we also have 2 years work experience, for our case statues we have sent an email to KCC, they wrote to as (Your forms have been received and are acceptable for the continuation of your visa processing. KCC is currently scheduling visa numbers for your region for the month of December below 13,600. If your case number is current and has completed processing, KCC will send a notification letter to you via postal mail. Please refer to the visa bulletin) but its December 08,2010 but we haven't received notification letter for interview, can any one help me what will happen, Coz according to dv instruction we should receive our notification letter before 4 weeks of interview date. and do we need affidavit of support for DV Lottery 2011?

salam dear brother my name is waheed in kabul , this is my 0777282954 , you can call me , also contact with the embassy in islamabad or KCC number in order to provide you information , or call me to explain for you the satuation soon , because after sept 2011 the Dv lottery Session will end ,
here is my friend he was also waiting and not received any letter or call but when he contacted with the embassy . they told him to go now he had done the interview on 25th may, 2011 . but it's better to call me then searching or doing soemthing else.
