I received the winning package from Kentucky. However I just found out that I am out of status -based on denial of my last pending case with immigration-(illegal). Am I screwed?

Consult an immigration lawyer immediately, especially since you've only just found out you are out of status. There have been a few people with minor overstays who got through, so I wouldn't give up hope just yet.
Hey E59th, if you got the letter that you applied for extension in time and well...you leave in a timely zone..you can get through, cause legally you are able to stay while you are pending.
