Sigh. So according to this, http://travel.state.gov/pdf/FY07AnnualReportTableVII.pdf, as a Hong Kong SAR native my chances of winning are very, very slim with only 37 winners for 2007. 37/55,000!!!

I understand this percentage changes from year to year, and they may be accepting more winners for 2010... but my chances are very bleak.
