i am new here but i want some help i won lottery 2009 with my wife and the letter come on with her name we filled it and send it back to KCC on 4/2008 then in 5/2008 we have our first baby girl so i wait to 6/2008 to take her picture because she was so little then i filled a new application for her with letter explaning every thing in it with her birth certification with bar code number and send them to KCC and send email to KCC with this hole thing again and they did not response me , i am a little worry because our case number is around 3*** and this is supose to have oue interviwe in 10/2008 or 11/2008 god willing so i am little worry .
what any one advice me to do ?

you do not need to be worry .

1. when did you send the e-mail?

2- did you have the automated response to e-mail ?
"automated response to e-mail " is that they have received the
e-mail and they will Answer it

3- from which e-mail did you send you e-mail for exampl "xxxx@yahoo.com or
xxxx@hotmail.com ..." .

4- they Answer the email in 3 to 4 days. ?

Option1

you have to send e-mail not from yahoo or hotmail, e-mails from yahoo and hotmail ,they "KCC " do not Answer it.


Option 2
or you have to call KCC under this Tele. number ++6065267500 and ask them if they updat the Application for you.

i just call KCC yesterday and they told me that our paper in procecing (me+my wife+my baby) and to call back again after 20-8-2008..
