DV 2008 winner with F1

Hi, I received my congratulations mail that i am a winner of the DV2008.
I am currently in the USA on a valid F1 visa,
please help me,

1. which form should i fill first and where do i mail it to if i want to do AOS?

2. what do i do after that?

3. do i need a lawyer,s help?

Hi osaa,

Congratulations! First, read "General Info for DV winners" by Catseyes in my signature. It will give you the picture.
Also, read the instruction in package carefully. As for forms and addresses, instruction clearly give you answers.
Personally, I don't think you need a lawyer unless you are in special situation.

You might want to check on when your number might become "current" before you go for AOS. If your number is high and becomes current too late, you may not be able to finish the AOS process before Sept. 30, 2008
