Bulletin Translation

My siz Cn is 2008AF00054xxx. I do not understand how to read the bulletin. Is this number current? I saw the oct cut-off is 6,700 for Africa.

The bulletin is not hard to understand. The cut-off number means, visas are available for applicants with numbers below the specified cut-off number.

On the right you can see if there are any exeptions within a region (from what country is she?)

With 54XXX you sisters number is far away to become current. Keep your fingers crossed that it will become current!
