DV 2006 winner

My family and I've got the Visa R B1/B2 (tourism visa) until 2014, but I haven´t been able visit USA yet. I was selected in the lottery visa 2006. What do I have to do?. What are my chances to get the GC?.

Congrats,

the B1/B2 does not at all affect the GC through DV-2006.
Your chances depend on how high your number is since there are cut-off numbers and you can only request an interview if you are below the cut-off number.
