duplicate submissions

Experts can you please help. Can I file a petition for I-130 in both CSC and the San Jose INS office. Also what is the procedure of abandoning a petition. Thanks

Is it duplicate based on 2 different family conditions?

Then you can file in 2 places. If it is based on 1 family condition than you can only file one petition.
