Duplicate Notice I485

I have received two mail each for my wife and me which states

Current Status:

A duplicate notice on this case was mailed on February 25, 2005. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.


Any ideas?
 
Beats me, anyone else seen this before ?

Have you tried calling the NCS number and see what they say about this ?
 
EAD and AP approved

My 2nd EAD and AP were approved but still does not know what is the LUD change on I485.

I do not know. why would they approve EAD & AP but no approval email for 485.
 
I always receive 2 emails for one case if there is an update on it. I don't know why. May be a system problem at USCIS' end. Also the LUD changes twice for two consecutive days for a single update on a case.

Also, the LUD on I-485 changes (only sometimes) when they were trying to process your AP. This is what has happened to me couple of weeks ago when I have received AP approval. But no update on I-485 after that. It seems when they touch I-485 to verify some info while processing AP the LUD on I-485 changes. Makes sense.
 
Thanks but my case is different. Our EAD was approved on 02/24 and AP was approved on 02/23.

The LUD on 485 was changed on 02/24 and it states

"A duplicate notice on this case was mailed on February 25, 2005."

It can not be RFE. Right?

that mean your I-485 approved,

because when My H1 got approved that time I got same message.

I think it's some kind of standard message

Thanks! From the other posts, i also think it should be approval notice.

Will wait eagerly till next week.
 
Why don't you call the 1-800 number to ask what the message means ? They would have seen this message before (HOPEFULLY) so would know.
 
Thanks Sertra2002, I could not get hold of officer at 800 number. My lawyer said she will also try.

YES, it is approval notice.

I am sure it was our EAD/AP renewal which triggered the I485 approval.
